1 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled <br /> "Colby Avenue Pedestrian Signal", Fund 303, Program 055, as <br /> established by Ordinance 2546-01. <br /> WHEREAS,the special improvement project entitled"Colby Avenue Pedestrian <br /> Signal", Fund 303, Program 055, was established to provide for the said improvements; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled "Colby Avenue Pedestrian Signal", Fund <br /> 303, Program 055,be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the"Colby Avenue Pedestrian Signal", Fund <br /> 303, Program 055, are as follows: <br /> A.
