Any notice required to be given pursuant to this Agreement shall be <br /> in writing and shall be sent by United States mail, first class postage prepaid. Notices to <br /> Licensor shall be addressed to Licensor's address specified below, and notices to <br /> Licensee shall be addressed to the most recent address provided by Licensee to <br /> Licensor. Any such notice shall be deemed to have been given as of the earlier of (i) the <br /> date of the actual receipt of such notice, or (ii) the third business day following the date <br /> on which the piece of mail containing such notice is posted. <br /> 17. Controlling Law. This Agreement and the rights and obligations of the <br /> parties hereto shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, <br /> without giving effect to the choice of law provisions thereof, and applicable copyright <br /> laws.
