3. Grentor hereby nu[horizes City to cut, trim and remove any and all <br /> brush, trees, o[her vegetation or debris upon Che easement and the right of <br /> access for such purposes. Grantor also authorizes Che City to cut, tYim and <br /> remove any and all brush, trees, other vegetation and debris on Crantor's <br /> nroperty vhich, in [he City's reasonable judgment, constitutes a hazard to the <br /> easement and the righc of access for such purposes. <br /> 4. The Grantor agrees that title to all brush, trees, o[her vegetation or <br /> debris tzimmed, cut and removed from the easeme�t pursuant to [his Agreement, <br /> and also all brush, trees, other vegetation or debris trimned, cut and removed <br /> ET09 Grnntor's land pursuant to this Agreement ia vested in the City, and that <br /> the consideration paid for conveying said easement and rights herein descrihed <br /> is accepted as full compensation for all damage:; incidental to the exercise of <br /> any of s-.id rights. <br /> 5.
