Grantor shall at all times conduct its activities and all other activities conducted on Grantor's <br /> property so as not ro interferz with, obstru�t ur endan,er che usefulnass of any improvements, or <br /> othar facilities, now or hereakar maintained upon the easement, or in any way intarferz with, <br /> obstruct or endanger the City's use of the easement. <br /> 2. Prior to any construction, work or atiy othtr activiry by Grantor within the aasement, notificaticm <br /> and plans for the same shail be submitted in wri�in; to tha City by Grantor and no such <br /> construction, work or activity by Grantor shxll ba commenced withou[ City's prior written <br /> agreement that the Grantor's proposed construction, work or activity will nut inrerfere with the <br /> City's easement granted herein; PROV[DED, HOWEVER, any chan,es or rzvisiuns in tha plans <br /> shall also be subject tu City's priur agraement. Tha Ciry's review uf tha Granwls plans under this <br /> easement shall not be deemed to impose any duty or obligation on the City to determine the <br /> adequacy or su�ciency of Grantor's plans and desi;ns nor whether Grantor's constructiun, work <br /> or activity is in conformance with other applicable plans, codes and re�ulations.
