Prior to any construction, work or atiy othtr activiry by Grantor within the aasement, notificaticm and plans for the same shail be submitted in wri�in; to tha City by Grantor and no such construction, work or activity by Grantor shxll ba commenced withou[ City's prior written agreement that the Grantor's proposed construction, work or activity will nut inrerfere with the City's easement granted herein; PROV[DED, HOWEVER, any chan,es or rzvisiuns in tha plans shall also be subject tu City's priur agraement. Tha Ciry's review uf tha Granwls plans under this easement shall not be deemed to impose any duty or obligation on the City to determine the adequacy or su�ciency of Grantor's plans and desi;ns nor whether Grantor's constructiun, work or activity is in conformance with other applicable plans, codes and re�ulations.
