<br /> WHERGAS, the City of Everett plans to construct a line to abandon
<br /> Lift Station 22 which improvement will contribute to the safety
<br /> and general well-being of the public, and
<br /> S9fILREAS, said impr�vement requires an easement over certain
<br /> property described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a
<br /> part hereo�, and
<br /> WHERF.AS, the Ow,1er of said Parcel Number 75-2 lias executed said
<br /> easement to City of Everett, attached hereto as said Exhibit "A",

<br /> �VHEREAS, certain encumbr.ances have been filed against said Parcel,
<br /> which constitute a prior lien to said easement, now
<br /> THEREFORE, to enable City oE Everett to construct said i�.�provement,
<br /> the lien holders of the above described encumbrance do hereby
<br /> subordinate the lien of said encumbrances to grant an easement to
<br /> City of Everett as desczibed in Gxhihit "A" .
