All light fixtures shall be in operating order. <br /> 2. The plumbing in the structure at 1231 1/2 Lombard leaks in the <br /> bathroom behind the toilet. <br /> 3. The plambing in the kitchen at 1231 1/Z is not accepted by the <br /> Plumbing Code. <br /> 4. There have been additions and changes to the plumbing in all <br /> three units, and there were no permits issue3 for the work and no <br /> inspections caere conducted by the plumbing inspector. The work <br /> is in violatio❑ of the Uniform Plumbino Code. <br /> 5. The electrical systems in all three units are inadequate and <br /> sub�tandard. Additions and alterations ltave been made to the <br /> systems without the required permits and subsequent inspections. <br /> The work performed is in violation of the City of Everett I <br /> Electrical Code. <br /> InFormation on ele::trical and plumbing permts to accomplish this work may be <br /> obtained from the Building Inspection Division at 259-8810. Building permits <br /> for structural work may also be obtained froo the 3luilding Inspection Division. <br />
