The property is legally described as: Broadway Land Co S 151 Add Blk 239 D-00—Lots 16 & 17 Blk 239 Parcel number: 3972 239 016 00 An inspection of the lower unit of the building and the exterior premises was conducted on June 3, 1999 and it was noted that conditions exist in t6e building that are in violation of the Housing Code of the City of Everett. A copy of my inspection report is enclosed for your reference. In addition to the conditions noted in my inspection report, there is no indication that defective conditions,which existed in the past, have ever been corrected. I am enclosing for your reference letters dated August 19, 1977 and December 14, 1987, detailing conditions that need correction in both units of the existing building. Your immediate attention is required in correcting these conditions. This office must be provided with an acceptable written plan of action to accomplish this by October 11, 1999. Should you fail to provide an acceptable wTitten plan of action to correct these conditions a Viofation Citation may be issued that could result in a fine and/or costs being assessed.
