The property is legally described as: <br /> Broadway Land Co S 151 Add Blk 239 D-00—Lots 16 & 17 Blk 239 <br /> Parcel number: 3972 239 016 00 <br /> An inspection of the lower unit of the building and the exterior premises was conducted on June <br /> 3, 1999 and it was noted that conditions exist in t6e building that are in violation of the Housing <br /> Code of the City of Everett. A copy of my inspection report is enclosed for your reference. In <br /> addition to the conditions noted in my inspection report, there is no indication that defective <br /> conditions,which existed in the past, have ever been corrected. I am enclosing for your reference <br /> letters dated August 19, 1977 and December 14, 1987, detailing conditions that need correction <br /> in both units of the existing building. <br /> Your immediate attention is required in correcting these conditions. This office must be <br /> provided with an acceptable written plan of action to accomplish this by October 11, 1999. <br /> Should you fail to provide an acceptable wTitten plan of action to correct these conditions a <br /> Viofation Citation may be issued that could result in a fine and/or costs being assessed. <br />
