This installation will be at no cost to the Owner. <br /> C. Thc Owncr dcsires to allow thc City Contractor to install thc <br /> Backwater Valvc. <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> �or good and valuablc considcration, U�.c receipt and sufficiency of which are <br /> hcreby acknowledgcd, the City and O�vncr agrec as follows: <br /> A. Installation of[3xckwatcr Valvc. <br /> The Owncn c�reby grants permission Cor the City Contractor to entcr upon <br /> the Property and to install thc Backwatcr Vaivc. The Owner will cooperate with <br /> thc City Contractor. Thc Owncr :mdcrstands that the City Contractor must <br /> excavate down to Uic scwer linc in order to install thc Backwater Valve. Thc <br /> installation of thc Backwatcr Valve is at no cost to thc Owner. After the <br /> installation of the I3ackwater Valvc, d�e City Contractor will refill thc excavation, <br /> but thc Owner is responsible for the restoration of the Owner's grass or other <br /> landscaping. <br /> 13. Puture owncrs of thc <br /> Property assume thc responsibility for maintaining the [3ackwater Valve when dicy <br /> takc owncrship of the Property. The Owncr, on behalf of itsclf and on bchalf of all <br /> iuturc owncrs of thc Properly, rcicascs the City Gom all claims and liabilitics <br /> arising from or relating lo any t:iilurc to maintain the Backwatcr Valve by thc <br /> Owncr or by any (uturc owncr of thc Property.
