They also <br /> ' ' show an acceaeory structure on the lat. <br /> w <br /> '�� 3. Our building permit file also contains a letter from tfie prior owner, <br /> Mr. Joe Benecke, in which he verifies that the basement apartment at <br /> ' ' 1421 Lombard will not be used as a separate rental unit as per City requests. <br /> '�� Based on this information, the use of the bas�ent apartment at 1421 Lombard is <br /> strictly prohibited. The main flaor and second floor apartments appear to be <br /> 1 ' nonconfoxming as is the single family at 1423 Lombard. <br /> � Should you care to appeal this determination, you may do so by applying for formal <br /> �' certification at this office. This should only be done if you have documented <br /> w evidence that would cause us to revise or reverse this decision. In the meantime, <br /> the basement muet not be used for habitation. <br /> !'
