H-2 zoning require= only �0`.b of �he rear yard <br /> be covsred with an accsssory building. The rsar yard at 1714 Lombard is 20 x 50 <br /> or 1000 square f��t. The propos�d building would cover 747 square feet of �he <br /> rear yard (247 square over 500 sq�are foot requiremen�).
