The inspection record card sha11 be posted at the job site, in clear view, before the work is commenced and shall remain � on the job for the duraticn of the job. 2 . No inspections will be made if the inspection record card and the city approved plans are not on the job, or if the work is not complete or ready for inspection. 3. A 24 hour advanced noticed is required for all inspecti.ons . Please allow 48 hours for the inspection to be made. If in an emergency, an inspection is required sooner, the permit holder sha11 make arrangements with the inspector caho c��ill be making the inspection. 4. When requesting an inspection, please furnish the following information: A. Job address B. Contractor C. Permit number D. Type of inspection E. Day on which inspection is to be made Unless all the above information is provided, an inspection CAN NOT BE GUARANTEED. 5. A re-inspection fee will be assessed for each inspection or re-inspection when such portion of work for which inspectiun is called is not complete or where corrections called for are not made. A ten dollar re-inspection fee will be assessed before a re-inspection is made, for tne following: A. when the inspection record card or City approved plans are not on the job. B. for any work that is not complete or ready for the called for inspection. 6.
