That I am the Director of Code Compliance for the City of Everett, and do hereby give this testimony in that capacity; 2. That the buildink situated upan the property at 2501 Lombard Avenue in the City of Everett, Washington (hereinafter"the building") has, under my direction and under the authority of the City of Everett Building Official (hereinafter"Building Official"), been inspected; 3. That as of a result of the inspection, the officer performing the inspection believes that the building is residential; 4. That as a result of the inspection, the officer performing the inspection believes that conditions exist at the building that are in violation of the Uniform Housing Code, as adopted by the City of Everett, and render the building unsafe, dangerous or hazardous; 5.
