TF� back door has been kicked in, and the plywood covering has been pulled awry <br /> allowing entry. <br /> 2. The building is open to the public and is an attractive nuisance to inquisitive minors, <br /> and a hazbor for vagrants. � <br /> 3. The interior premises ue littered with trash, discazded household items, and debris. <br /> 4. Vandalism is being done to the interior. <br /> 5. Roof vent has been pulled from its positions creating a hole in!he roof. <br /> 6. The building shows improper maintenance, i.e. gutters have vegetation growing in <br /> them, possible dryrot of some of the eaves, front steps are deteriorated. <br /> 7. The building is a hazardous nuisance to the health, safety and welfare of'the public. <br /> 8. Yard is overgrown with vegetation, and littered with gazbage, trash, discarded <br /> clothing, discazded household items (carpet), and debris. <br /> 9. Gubage, litter, and rurbish located on the back and front porch. <br /> 10. The building has been abandoned for a period in excess of six months. <br />
