� � <br /> ( <br /> 7. The building is dilapidated and shows evidence of improper maintenance. <br /> 8. The building is a hazazdous nuisance to the health, safety and welfaze of the public. <br /> 9. Yard is overgrown with vegetation, and littered with gazbage, trash and debris. <br /> 10. There is lack of adequate gazbage and rubbish storage and removal facilities. <br /> II. The City of Everett Building O�cial has found the building on the above described <br /> property to be substandazd and may endanger the life, limb, health, property or safety of the <br /> public and is rendered dangerous pursuant to the provisions of the Uniform Code for the <br /> Abatement of Dangerous Buildings Code, Sec. 302, noting the following: <br /> 1. The building exists in violation of specific requirements applicable to such buildings <br /> provided by the building regulations of this jurisdiction, as specified in the Building <br /> code and housing code as adopted by Ordinance of this jurisdiction ielating to the <br /> condition of buildings. <br /> 2. The building is open to the public and is an a:tractive nuisance to inquisitive minors, <br /> and a potential hazbor for vagrants. <br /> 3. The building is ia such a condition as to constitute a puhlic nuisanr.e known to the <br /> common law or in equity jurisprudence. <br /> 4. The building h�s been abandoned for a period in excess of six months <br /> III. The above described building shall either be demalished or repaired in accordance with <br /> all current Building Codes and all other applicable City of Everett codes. <br /> IV. If the owners elect to repair the building in accordance with the cuaent Building code <br /> requiremen!s, all required permits must be secured therefore, and the work physicaily <br /> commenced within sixty (60) days of the date of this Order. All work must be comp!eted within <br /> ninety (90) days of the date of this Order. <br /> V. �f the owners elect to demolish the building, all required permits shall be secured <br /> therefore within thirty (30) of the date of this order. Such demolition must be completed within <br /> sixty(6Gj days from the date of this Order. <br /> VI. Since the �uilding is uninhabitable in its present condition, it shall be kept secured from <br /> unauthorized entry and remain vacant until such time as the building is repaired in accordance <br /> with the current Building Code or demolished and removed from the property. <br /> VII. If the requirements set forth in Pazagraphs III, IV, V, and VI above aze not complied with, <br /> the city of Everett will order the building fo remain vacated and proceed to cause tt�e build.�,g to <br /> be demolished and charge the costs thereof against the property and/or its owners. <br />
