Additional permifs would also <br /> be required for plumbing, mechanical, electncal or fire sprinkler system work. <br /> The plans will require the stamp of an uchitect licensed to practice in the state of Washington <br /> if the area of the construction, erecdon, enlargement, alteraGon or repair exceeds 4,000 square <br /> feet per state of Washington RCW 18.08.410. <br /> The city fire detaction and suppression Ordinance No. 1902-92 requires the ir�stallation of an <br /> alarm system for this occupancy when the floor area exceeds 3,000 sqaare feet and when the <br /> valuation of the conswotion exceecls 50% of the exisGng buildings assessed value.
