Gil advises us that the assessed valuation, per Snohomish County records, is W98,000 +/- for the <br /> building, He also said that they have spent approximately $110,000 in the corner building since the <br /> fire. [And have more ezpenses coming up.] This is +/-115% of the assessed value of the ezisdng <br /> structure, so it scems that the building may have to become accessible via an elevator. <br /> 4. If you coald address these items in a memo that we wuld send on to the Owner, we �ld be <br /> thankful.
