Closer investt�ation of the <br /> interior� throu�h a psrtially opened d000r� showed several crudely <br /> dressed men sleepin� on makeshift beds and single cots. <br /> A check with the water department showed no water hook-up to the building. <br /> Water is available on the adjacen'l property� which is owned by the same <br /> person� but this property is being billed at a single rate. <br /> A check with the sewer department showed no sewe line into the structure. <br /> An interior inspection was scheduled for May 12� 1970 in the company of a <br /> Snohomish County Health Official. This inspection showed primitive living <br /> conditions ie� no facilities for sanitary wa='.e �emoval� no arrangments for <br /> waier� either hot or cold� a firep�ace for ihe only heat sourc=� bare con- <br /> crete floors and block walls and broken windows. The flo�r is littered <br /> with trash� wine bottles� empty canned heat containers� urine� feces and <br /> vomitus.
