The following conditions were observed: <br /> 1. The toileC stool had no water (apparently turned off) nnd hn�i :�n <br /> accumulation of human wastes, <br /> 2. Some rooms had a bucket, jar, or can that was being used as a ci� u�bcr p��t. <br /> 3. The kitchen sink and lavatory off of the kitchen had plug�;c�1 �lrains .u�d <br /> filthy water was standing in them. <br /> 4. There was no hot water available at any sink or lavatory in cii � h��u�c. <br /> The el.eetric hot water tank had been disconnected. <br /> 5. There was a puddle of household waste water 3use outside the back door. <br /> It appeared waste water had been dumped there for some time. There was <br /> �lso a table in the yard next to the puddle and a pan on it that su�gested <br /> perhaps some washing - oE person, of dishes, of clothes - was beine done <br /> there, <br /> G, The table, stove, counters, etc, were strewn with cooked and uncool;ed <br /> Pood items, in and ou[ oE closed and open containers; dishes and utensils, <br /> mostly used and containing uneaten food; various items unrelated to food. <br /> Tliere were three refrigerators, all very dirty inside and out, but only one <br /> �uas operative.
