Unless otherwise exempted by City Guilding regulations, no person <br /> firm or corporation shall erect, construct, enlarge, expand, alter, <br /> repair, move, remove, convert or demolish, equip, use, occupy or <br /> maintain any building or structure or cause or permit the same to <br /> be done without obtaining a building permit. <br /> While the C-1 zone does permit commercial parking facilities, you must obtain a <br /> permit from ttie Public Works Department prior to the lot being opened. The <br /> permit will address required setbacks, landscaping, paving and drainage <br /> standards. If the parking lot has 20 spaces or more, a SEPA review will be <br /> reauired by the Fianning Department. <br /> In order to bring your property into compliance and avoid formal enforcement of <br /> the Code, we ask that you cease operation of the lot immediatelv and keep it <br /> closed until you have obtained the proper permits. <br /> Please come to the Pubiic Works Department at 3200 CPdar to apply for a <br /> permit and obtain additional information that will assist you in the permit process. <br /> CITl' OF EVERETT <br /> 2930 Wetmore Avenue.
