In its present burned out state it is substandard in <br /> accordance with the Uniform Housing Code and a dan9erous buildin9 in <br /> accordance with the Dangerous Building Code. <br /> In January 1982, the City of Everett Fire Marshal , Walt Coope��, issued <br /> a Fire h1arshal 's Order to demolish the structure. A copy of the Order is <br /> enclosed, The Order 4ras addressed to the previous owner of' the structure. <br /> Upon receiving information that you became the owner of the property with <br /> the existing structure, the Fire Marshal has rnade several attempts to <br /> have you eliminate the extremely hazardous and potentially dan9erous <br /> situation. <br /> Your immediate attention is required in correcting these conditions . <br /> Please adv' se this office within ten (10) days of the mailing of ttiis <br /> letter of the action you plan to take to remedy these conditions. 1"I�e <br /> City is ready to continue with abatement of the structure.
