All bathtubs have faucets which are not a code-approvr,d type. <br /> 2. Gas ven[ which ruac through lower hallway has insufficient <br /> clearance. <br /> 3. There are open wiring splices in lower hallway and second floor <br /> bathi•oom. <br /> 4. Only one public bathroom on each floor, with no lavatory.
