There is a laek of bathroom facilities. In accordanee t•�ith the <br /> Uniform Housing Code, there shall be provided on each floor• <br /> for each sex at least one water closet and lavatory and one <br /> bath accessible from a public hall�•iay. Such facilities shall <br /> be clearly marked for "MEI�" or "4;014EN". <br /> ;. The door casing for Apartment 3 is completely rotted a�•�ay irom <br /> the flooi- 3rea.
