Obtain a buildinq permit for the change of use. The new use <br /> must comply with the Uniform Building Code including exits an� <br /> handicap access requirements. <br /> 2 . Tre alleyway along the property must be improved with asphalt <br /> pavement per City Standard #303 . ' <br /> 3.
