September 30, 1985 <br />Cascade Development Company <br />2118 Broadway <br />Everett WA 98201 <br />SUBJECT: 3115 LOMBARD <br />SITY OF <br />everett <br />PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br />2200 CEDAR STREET <br />EVERETT, WASHINGTON <br />98201 <br />The Building Inspection Division has received a complaint concerning <br />the trashy yard at 3115 Lombard. <br />An inspection of the area was made and it was noted that there was <br />a great deal of trash and debris stored on the property. <br />In the city of Everett, by ordinance, it is illegal to store or allow <br />trash, debris and garbage to accumulate on private property. A copy <br />of Chapter 8.20 from the Municipal Code is enclosed for your information. <br />Your immediate attention is necessary in correcting this violation. <br />Please have the area cleared by October 7, 1985; at that time another <br />inspection of the Droperty will be made. <br />Yours truly, <br />ALFRED R.
