City of Everett Building Division <br />Please find the following items as a scope of work to be preformed at 3115 Lombard a <br />Duplex conversion owned by Darin Lund. This list should be considered a part of his <br />application for construction permit. This two story building has been used as a duplex in <br />the past and the top floor is totally separate from the bottom, each having a front and back <br />door. <br />Redo plumbing and electrical (Electrical by separte permit) <br />Leave all existing walls as they are maintaining existing floor plan. No additions. <br />Replace front porch and back exterior stairway. Repair back porch as needed. <br />Repair or replace broken windows. <br />Insulate exposed exterior 2x4 walls to R-13. Rsplace and damaged framing as needed. <br />Adjoining floor -ceiling to have two layers of 3/4" flooring with R-19 or greater insulation <br />and 1 hour sheetrock to create fire and sound barrier <br />Balance of exposed walls to have 1/2" sheetrock taped and painted <br />Attic to have R-38 blown insulation. <br />Replace two exterior doors to U-20 rated. <br />Install new kitchen and vanity cabinets. <br />If you have questions or need further information please call Darin Lund at 3534581 or <br />Rob Lund at 258-1777. <br />Thank You, <br />Rob Lund <br />'C3 ""c <br />
