The need of the neighborhood, district, or City for a proposed <br /> special property use. <br /> Finding: Temple Beth Or congregation has increased and the church is <br /> in need of a facility for meetings and classes which is in c!ose proximity to <br /> the main church. The site is currently developed with a d�plex and <br /> accessory building, plus the church and a meeting room, which was <br /> approved in 1999 (SPU #4-99).
