According to Snohomish County Assessor's records and field observation, it � <br /> appears that the above structures were constructed prior to December 1, 1956. i <br /> Building number one does not meat the required ten-foot (10') front setback from the <br /> eastern property line, as well as the required five-foot (5') side setback from the southern <br /> properry line. Buildiny number two does not meet the required iive-foot side setback <br /> from the northern property line. Buiiding number three faiis to meet the required t�venty- <br /> foot (20') rear setback as well as the required five foot (5') side setback from the <br /> northern propeRy line. Buiiding n�mber four does not meet the required twenty-foot (20') <br /> rear setback, and it also fails to meet the required five-foot (5') side setback from the <br /> southern property line. <br /> The site also fails to meet the residential off street parking requirement. There should be <br /> eight parking stalls on site Eor the four single-family residences however, no parking has <br /> been provided for on site. <br /> Building one appears to extend into the City right of way. The City of Everett may <br /> require the removal of a portion of the structure from the public right-of-way if the City <br /> deems it necessary to utilize this area for municipal purposes. <br /> This certification is for the nonconforming setbacks and parking for four single-family <br /> residences only. <br /> Refer to the attached site plan, provided by the properry owner, for information regarding <br /> specific building setbacks, building height, and building dimensions. <br /> Decision: I hereby find that the use and setbacks for the above structure(s) are <br /> recognized as legal non-conforming and meet the City of Everett Zoning Code in effec! <br /> at the time of construction.
