Thc toilet was not secured in place. It appears that thc floor around the <br /> toilet is roued and this may be causing the bolts holding the toilet to the <br /> Iloor to slip. <br /> 2. Therc is a considerablc amount of'mold on the bathroom walls, indicating a <br /> lack ofventilation to remove moisture. <br /> 3. Thc bathroom sink drain is not ventcd. <br /> � 4. The floor in the bathroom is uneven and preventing the baduoom door <br /> from opening all the way at times. <br /> 5. 7'he wall behind the laucet in the bathtub is rotted. The wall is cover with <br /> linolr_�m which docs not prevent moisturc f�om seeping into the pervicus <br /> wallboard. <br /> G. Smoke detectors were not installed. <br /> 7. 'I'hcre is no door on the bedroom. <br /> 8. T'he wall hcater, next to the bedroom door, has a def'ective fan. �Vithout a <br /> fan in operation, thc hcater overheats and this gives presents a great <br /> potential for tire. ' <br /> �u <br />
