Prior to the issuance of any permit, the applicant must obtain <br /> variances for sideyard aetback of the parking garage, sideyard setback <br /> for the decks, and frontyard setback for tlie proposed canopy in <br /> compliance with Zoning Code requirements. <br /> 2. The side aewer connection f�r this project should be made to the <br /> adequately aized main in the alley west of Lumbard, rather than the <br /> overloaded main in Lombard. A backwater valve will be required if a <br /> connection is made to the Lombard main. <br /> Special charges for connection to sewer system in accordance with <br /> Ordinance 984-83 are applicable. The approximate cost based on the <br /> preliminary information provided is $514.00/unit.
