The building has several broken egress windows that serve sleeping rooms on the basement level.Thi=. is a <br /> violation of IPMC. section 3��.13.1 <br /> 2. The structure has damaged raili�g components at thP east porch area. 7his is a violation of IPMC section 304.1.1 <br /> subsection 12. <br /> 3. Alteretions of the interior structure may have been performed to create additional sleeping rooms. <br /> 4. Additional violations may exist as we were unable to view the entire building at this visit due to the tenants <br /> requests. <br /> 5. i hese observations are consistent with the definition of Unsafe Conditions as ouNined in the IPMC. <br /> 3401 �3� Lombard Ave. Observations: <br /> 1. A carport at the west side of the main structure has been altered and enclosed without required permits to <br /> create additional sleeping rooms.This is a violation of IRC. Sections R105.i and R113.1. and IPMC. section <br /> 10&.1.4. <br /> 2. The Electrical system has been altered without required permits by adding electrical features in the altered <br /> portion of the building. <br /> 3. The electrical system has been further compromised by the absence of a suitable ground rod at the main <br /> Electrical service.These conditions are violations of the State and National Electrical Codes. <br /> 4. Additional violations may exist as we were unable view all of the building at this visit due to the tenants <br /> requests. <br /> 5.
