An inspection of the site was conducted <br /> on March Z0, 2002 the following conditions were noted. <br /> EMC 19.34.060 (J) Vehicles shall not be pazked in required front setback azeas for <br /> single-family and duplex uses, except when located upon a permitted driveway. <br /> Parkrng is not allotived rn the 20 foot front yard selback area. <br /> EMC 13.30.020 Special, private use of city property—Permit.
