Tim Rehberg was the person representing the Gentry's and he was personally told by Kevin that <br />detached structures could not be used for any kind of living space. Rehberg tried to argue that they were not being lived <br />in, but he was specifically told that they could not be used for TV room and/or office either. No living space in the 20' <br />setback. <br />I will send copy of permit to you. It is under Permit Track as B0608-014 <br />
