A copy of the <br />sketch showing the approved work is enclosed. All work must conform to <br />this sketch. <br />A copy of our rules and regulations governing irork on City streets is <br />enclosed. <br />Please notify us when you start this work, as we must inspect the work <br />before the bituminous con,,rete is placed. <br />This permit is valid for a period of 60 days, if tl;e work has not been <br />done at the end of that time, it will be necessary for you to obtain a <br />new permit. <br />Si.njerely, <br />Rodney V.
