Padi.11a: <br />CITY OF <br />everett <br />CITY NALL • 15B-B'!55 <br />EVERETT �'"/SMNGTON <br />EeiO' <br />This letter is in responsa to the Plauning Lepartment's review of your <br />application for building permits to construct a garage at 3528 Lombard. <br />The site plan you submitted shows a legal descri.ption of Lot 19 and 20. Our <br />records show that a portion of Lot 19 is attached to Lot 18. See the attached <br />assessor's map. Your site plan should show that you own an additional portion <br />of Lot 19 adjacent to tte alley. <br />However, our main concern is t��at your proposed garage does not comply with <br />sideyard setback requirements. In the R-3 zone, a minimum setback of 5 feet <br />from the side property line is required. <br />Before the Building Department can issue building pec�mits for your garage, you <br />must either agree to move the garage 5 feet to the south or obtain a varianee <br />from the Board ef Adjustment.
