CITY OF EVERETT — BOARD OF ADJIISTMENT <br />ORDER <br />WHEREAS, there was filed with Che City of Everett Building Division <br />(date) April 9, 1984 an application for a variance of Section <br />No. 19.42.040 (A) 6(D) of Everett Municipal Code Chapter 19 by <br />(applicant) Robert C. P.nderson <br />(address) 3532 Lombard, Everett, WA 98201 <br />(specific variance requested) <br />.m <br />to construct a garage that would be 5 feet from the south side property line <br />instead of the LO feet required by E.M.C. 19.42.040 (A) and to cover more than <br />50% of the rear yard area (E.M.C. 19.42.040 (D). <br />on the following described property: <br />Lot 17, Blk. 856, Plat of Everett, Div.
