There are no curb cuts off 3606 Lombazd Avenue, Everett V!�ashington. <br />3. On February 13, 2001 and prior dates, vehicles parked in front yard setback �vere observed on the <br />propedy at 3606 Lombard Avenue, Everett, Washington. Entry to the �ite had'ueen achieved by <br />driving the vehicles over the curb cut at 3606 Lombard Avenue, E��erett Washingten. <br />►.� <br />G. <br />� <br />Accomodations Northwest has never secured permits from the City of Everett to cross the curb or <br />cut the curb at 3606 Lombare Avenue, Everett Washington. <br />There is alley a�cess to the structure at 3606 Lombard Avenue, Everett Washington. <br />The driveway on site does not satisfy any of the development standards for driveways of the City <br />of Everett. <br />The actions of tlie appellant and its tenants have resulted in destruction of vegetation ard curbs <br />on City right-of way a2 3606 Lombard Avenue. <br />Accomodations Northwest was duly notified via ceRified mail of these condilions on January 24, <br />2001, was given the opporiunity to correct these conditions; and, has had adequate notice of the <br />
