The complaints <br />lodged aoainst the proper�y regard rubbish and debris scattered <br />around the premises of the house. An inspection of the area <br />reveals a very unkempt yard with trash and debris on the front <br />porch and back porch. There is trash scattered throuahout the <br />premises. <br />At the rear of the house is a broken o-iindow on the second floor. <br />The trash is oiled so high on the second floor of the house that <br />it is fallina out of the broken window. <br />The complaints also state that there are rats and garbage in the <br />area. This situation was referred to the Snohomish County Health <br />Department for their dis�osition. <br />A year ago I talked viith the occupants concerning this situation <br />and they said it would be cleaned up.
