If the <br />work is to be done by anyone else, such person must be a licensed and bonded <br />sewer man and the bonded sewer man must obtain the sewar permit, not the <br />property ownor. <br />A sketch showing the following information is required when applyin� for a <br />sewer permit from the City Engineer's office: <br />-' Legal deecription of property (i.e., Lot, B,ock, Addition, or unplatted <br />description) <br />Distance from front of houae to front property line <br />Distancefrom one side of houseto side property line <br />Distance from other side of house to other side property line <br />Dimensions of your house (length and width) <br />Sufficient dimension:, to show exact location of sewer line with respect <br />to house and property lines <br />An example of a sketch is shown below: <br />Lof �, ��'�<�ck ?, Plat of E3everlY Hi�ls G��.
