I have been to your residence and talked with <br />yoL about the situation; this was approximately three weeks <br />ago, You said you would have the situation of the falling <br />fence corrected. <br />As of CSay 2, 1960, there has been no change to this situation. <br />The fence is hazardous to children playing in the area and, <br />if it falls, it will be detr.imental to emergenc;� vehicles <br />should they have to use the alley. <br />Your immediate attention is necessary to remedv these con- <br />ditions and to preclude the City from taking legal action in <br />this matter. <br />If you have any questions r�lease feel free to call the <br />Building Inspection Department between the hours of 8:OQ a.m. <br />and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at 259-8745. <br />Yours truly, <br />Kenneth T�.
