� <br />August 6, 19.73 <br />� <br />The regular monthly meeting of the City of Everett Board of <br />Adjustment was held at 7:30 p.m., August 6, 1973, in the Ci•ty <br />Hall Conference Room, City Hall, Everett, Washington. <br />Mr. Graff presided. Mr. Cronin, Mr. Ingram and Mr. Baird were <br />present. Mr. Champion was absent. <br />The reading of the minutes of the last meeting was dispensed <br />with. <br />A hearing was held on the application of Henry Shird, 2309 Kromer, <br />Everett, for a variance from Section 15.09.080 E.C.C. (Zoning <br />Code) R-1, Single Family Low Density Residence Zone, Subsection <br />E yard requirements fcr permission to construct a garage to <br />within three (3) feet of the south property line. Lots 6 and 7, <br />Block 784, Plat: of Everett, Division "H'', 3311 Kromer. <br />There was no acditions or objections frc,m the audience. <br />After viewing the subject property ar.d c:onsi.dering all the facts, <br />it was moved by bir. Ingrarn, seconded by Mr. saird and unanimousl:� <br />carr.•ied to grant the applicant's reques�: fcr the following rea- <br />sonr: ' <br />1.
