WarBonnet and his wife Jacque Lynn. <br />The V7arBonnets are now divorced, but I believe that they both are <br />sti11 the legal owners of the property. I hold a real estate con- <br />tract with them for the sale of th2 property; my mortgage is sti11 <br />with Rainier Mortgage. I do not know the whereabouts of the former <br />Mrs. WarBonnet. The last address I have £or Mr. WarBonnet is Box <br />508, Mission, S.D. (phone 605 856-2556). I also know that NL. Bi11 <br />Anderson who lives on Kossuth Ave. in Everett is Mr. WarBonnet's <br />manager for the property, which has been a rental unit for a number <br />of years now. <br />I hope that this information is helpful to you, and that you are able <br />to resolve this prob�em with the owners of the property.
