The fo]lowing deficiencies were noted pursuant to the <br />Uniform Housing Code, and the Uniform Code for the Abater.ient of Dangerous <br />Buildings: <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />7. <br />8. <br />9. <br />ind:insrcpt <br />The roof of the house is detcriorated, and leaks. <br />Bedroom windows which are required for emergency rescue and egress <br />are painted shut. <br />There is no vent in the bathroom, and the window does not open. <br />The closed in sun deck ge!s wet from rain getting into lhe south wall. <br />The ezterior deck rails are supported and anchored in place by chains <br />which are connected to I bolts screwed into the wood deck and situated <br />approximately 2 feet from the rails.
