May 15, 2013 <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — BOND STREET COMBINED SEWER <br /> OVERFLOW CONTROL FACILITIES <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 4 to the <br /> Washington State Revolving Fund Loan with Washington State <br /> Department of Ecology for the Bond Street Combined Sewer <br /> Overflow Control Facilities at no additional cost to the city. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — SHORE AVENUE STORM WATER OUTFALL <br /> IMPROVEMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Affholter, to authorize the Mayor to sign the professional services <br /> agreement with KPG for design and permitting at the Shore Avenue <br /> Storm Water Outfall Improvement Project in the amount not to <br /> exceed $257,050.00. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher inquired as to whether the $1 million budget <br /> amount was solely for the design and permitting portion or represented <br /> the total project budget. Public Works Director Dave Davis said that he <br /> would follow up with a response. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 142 <br />
