Copies of <br />the last Mechanical and Electrical inspections showing tequested corrections aze enclosed.l'he <br />Uniform Building Code provides that all permits expire by limitation if the work authorized hy <br />the permit is suspended or abandoned at any time after work is commenced for a period of ! 80 <br />days. If you wish to prevent the permits from expiring without documentation of comple!ion, <br />yo4 may: <br />1 j Request insp��ctions of work that has occurred, to document contim�ing progress, <br />or 2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day ext�.nsion. <br />Please provide the permit number when requesting inspections or exte�sions.
