The roof and eaves are rotted and deteriorated. <br />2. G�tters antl downspouts are rusted and rotted. <br />3. The steps leading to the back porch are <br />deterioratetl, rotted, are p�lling away from the <br />6uilding, and dangerous. <br />A. 7he foundation area is full of trash and debris. <br />5. Wood feundation supports and other wood fauntlation <br />memhers are in contact with the earth and are <br />ratteC. <br />6. There is inadequate ventilation tor the tountlation <br />and there is moisture within the foundation. <br />7. There is no cover for the foundatibn access area. <br />0. Windows have been broken out. <br />9. There is rot throughout the house and a lack of <br />maintenance of the huilding. <br />10. F1 partially built deck is on the front of the ho�sse. <br />This was done without building permits. <br />11. There is trash and de6ris throughout the premises. <br />12. There is inadequate ventilation for the attic space. <br />1�. The building is an attractive nuisance to <br />inquisitive minor children. <br />14. The 6uilding is a hazardous nuisance to the health� <br />safety� and welfare of the public. <br />15. There electrical system has 6een altered and i5 <br />considered dangerous. <br />Ic.
