Fire Alarm system includes 8 break glass stations and 24 smoke detectors tied to existing fire <br />alarm system. <br />10. Includes ground grid around building tied to pilings, slab re-bar, building steel and existing <br />grounci grid. <br />HVAC <br />1. General - The converting building addition will be heated and ventilated with roof mounted units, <br />one for each floor. Units are sized for 10 air changes per hour. Heat will be supplied with a <br />steam coil with face and by-pass dampers for space conlrol. Units will ventilate with 100°;, <br />outside air for summer operation and a minimum of 5% outside air for winter. <br />Z. Air will be distributed thru sheet metal ducts run close to ceiling with drops at columns for local <br />distribution. Retum air to be from along the north wall. <br />3. Res. Rooms will be exhausted at the rate of 2 CFM/SF by one roof mounted exhaust fan. <br />4.
