April 13, 1979 <br />Ms. Lois Jamison <br />6918 Lower Ridge Road <br />Everett, WA 98203 <br />Dear Ms. Jamison: <br />On October 18, 1979, Craig Bunney Construction <br />submitted an application to construct a duplex on <br />Lot 2 of your short plat and on December 21, 1978 <br />construction permit ##9446 was issued to construct <br />said duplex. <br />CITY OF <br />everett <br />CITY BALL . WASHINGTON <br />96201 <br />INBI'ECTION OEPANTMENT <br />The approval to construct said duplex was based on the <br />premise that the sewer to the existing duplex would be <br />relocated to the North as approved on the utility plan <br />as submitted on the short plat. <br />As of this date we have no evidence that the sewer has <br />been relocated as approved. Prior to the final inspection <br />and authorization for occupancy of the duplex u:der <br />construction, the sewer shall be relocated at your expense <br />and inspected by the City of Everett. <br />For your information I am enclosing a copy of the utility <br />plan as submitted and approved by the City of Everett. <br />If you have any further questions feel free to contact <br />this office. <br />Respectfully, <br />Kenneth W.
