This Agreement is made by and between Homewood Development, Inc. <br />("Homewood"� who alung with its succe�sors and assigns as to Parcel A <br />are collectively referred to as "Parcel A Owner") and A6ode, Ltd. <br />("Abode"� who along with it.s successors and assigns as to Parcel 8 are <br />collectively referred to a�� "Parcel B Clwner"). <br />2, Homewood is the owner cfi Parcel A more particularly described in <br />Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein hy reference. <br />3. A6ode will become the owner of Parcel H more particularly <br />described ;n Exhibit A attacY�ed hereto and incorpordted herei�i by <br />reference, on which Parcel B Abode intends to construct a residential <br />pr�.ject. <br />4. The Parcel A Owner hereby grants to the Parcel B Owner the right <br />(at the sole cost and expense of the Parcel B Ownerl to i�stall and <br />thereafter maintaiii and repair landscaping and ar, entry sign on a <br />portion of Par�el A as more particularly depictcd on Exhibit 8 <br />atta�lied hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />5. Said landscaping and entry sign sha11 initially be installed by <br />the Parc=1 B Owner on or before a date one (11 month from the date <br />�'°' `a chat the !ast certificate of occupancy is issued in connection with <br />�*��.. the residential pro]ect to be constructed on Parcel B. <br />6. Following initial installation, the Parcel B Owner shall <br />thereafter continuously maintain and repair at the Parce: B Owner's <br />sole expense said landscaping and entry sign to substantially the same <br />standards that existed upon initial installation and in a manner <br />acceptable to Parcel A Owner.
