Russell, Mr. Blac);, and <br />Mr. Berg �vere present. <br />A portion of the minutes fr.om t..� Aoril �977 meeting pertaining to <br />David Br.andvold was read and aoproved. The minutes stated idr. <br />Brandvold c.ould reanply to the Eoard if he so desired. His ap- <br />plicati.on is the.first to be heard at this May liearing. <br />A hearing �vas held on the application of David Brandvold, P.O. Box <br />423, Mukilteo, k*-,shingL-on for a variance f.rom Section 19.08.010 <br />E.D1.C. (L•'verett bSunicipal Code) Land Use, Paragraph B, for rermis- <br />sion to abut thirty (30) feet on a pub].ic dedicated street r.ather <br />than the code requirement oi forty (40) ieet. <br />L�Ge�L D�SCRIPTION: ' <br />Tract 35, Beverly Acreage Tracts except the north sixty-sir. Russell, seconded by rir. Kristiansen, <br />and unanimously carried to grant the appl:�cant's request for the <br />following reasons: <br />1. There is very limited access to a larqe tract of land <br />so such a variance is necessary for the enjoyment of <br />a substantial proper.ty right of the appellant- possesscfl <br />Uy the owners of other properties in the same vici�iity. <br />2. 13ecause of. the teriain, the nacl: portion of the loi: <br />would probably never Ue developed ii the variance was <br />noL- granted. <br />3.
