Sec. 801: All <br />escape or rescue windoi.s from sleeping rooms s�hall have a minimwn net <br />clear opening of 5.7 square feet. l�fiere iaindows are nrovided as a <br />means of egress or rescue they shall have a finished sill height of <br />not more than 44 inches above the floor. <br />The handrail on the stainaay to the attic has a dangerous ending at the <br />top of the stairs. It is reco���ended that the rail return to the floor <br />for safety. <br />3. The area bet���een the Uathtub and tile around the tub needs to be <br />caulked to prevent moisture from entering tlie iaall. <br />It is recom�nended that all the old wiring not being used for the electrical <br />service be removed. <br />Information on building permits to accomplish this is�ork may be obtained <br />from tlte Building Tnspection Departinent and all corrections must mcet the <br />present building codes.
